Accessible for all, beginners or amateurs in good physical shape who can swim and children older than 4/6 years.
The classical descent (12 km) is a 4h canoeing for beginners, but you can take your time and spend all day to picnic, to swim...a succession of small rapids in the heart of the Garrigue. New: the cliffs tour (4 km) a very quiet path.
Rent a canoe for two, or a kayak for one, complete with paddles, life jackets and watertight container for your safety.
Enjoy a day or two on the Hérault river and see some of the most beautiful countryside.
