- 1,000 m² dedicated to the businesses
- rental of modular meeting and training rooms, fully furnished.Perfect for your business meetings, your recruitments and your trainings, these rooms are provided with the latest equipments (videoprojectors, WiFi, optic fibre, etc)
- rental of offices (hourly, daily, weekly). Ideal solution for your interviews, business appointments, these offices are confortable and professional workspaces wether you are just on a business trip or want to establish your business here.
- A videoconferencing system able to be carried in any of our offices or rooms. We are the first company to offer this service in its facilities to rent in Montpellier. This service is now accessible to companies wishing to use it without having a need to justify an investment in a permanent system and for the visiting professionnals wishing to organize remote meetings with their company or their colleagues.

The buidling of l'Espace Entreprises was also conceived in order to provide the best comfort and a total access to persons with a disability. Indeed all floors are seviced by a lift and the floors are equiped with an additional ramp and reflective tape. Finally all the rooms and offices doors are designed to facilitate the passage of the weelchairs. Disabled toilets are available at all floors.

Also the building has been designed in an Eco-responsability process because it was conceived in order to respect all the sustainable development standards. The building is producing 50% of its electricity needs and has been studied to optimize its energy consumption. We also favors the installation of technologies reducing the consumption of paper and consumables.
