MONTPELLIER - Port Marianne

On either side of the Lez, a coastal river whose floods have been controlled, linking Montpellier to the sea, extend the new neighbourhoods of Montpellier: Antigone, Port Marianne, the faculté Richter and soon Odysseum. Provided with pedestrian footbridges plantedwith trees, pleasant restaurants, the river bank encourage walks or learning navigation by children and adults on simple and safe elec-tric boats.
